Teach 12 semester credit hours per semester. Courses will include, but not be limited to, Introductory Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, and Geochemistry courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Delivery of courses will be through face to face as well as distance delivery. Candidates are encouraged to establish an externally funded research program involving undergraduate and graduate students, as well as participate in professional development, and university and community service. Responsible for personal safety and the safety of others; must exercise due caution and practice safe work habits at all times.Other Information

The Department of Biology, Geology, and Physical Sciences offers BS and MS degrees in biology and geology, and a BS degree in chemistry. The graduate programs in Biology and Geology enrolls approximately thirty students, primarily thesis seeking.
