Summary

The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator, Major Gifts is a full-time position providing administrative support for the Major Gifts Unit.  Reporting to the Director of Special Projects, this position will coordinate specified activities and reporting for the National Campaign Councils. The position will provide focused assistance to the frontline officers who are responsible for a regional campaign council and provide support for other campaign related activities. This position will provide additional support to the regional and school-based divisions of the Major Gifts unit. The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator will assist with the coordination and completion of assigned special projects and data analysis.  The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator will assist the Portfolio Management team with scheduling meetings and prospect reporting. The position will be a liaison between the Major Gifts Unit and Advancement Information Services, as well as work closely with other departments within the Office of Advancement including Gift Planning, Stewardship, Corporate, Foundation, Research Relations, Alumni Relations, Advancement Communications and Marketing, and other departments throughout the university.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
OR

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years' related experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in intermediate Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Mail Merge.
  • Some experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Knowledge of university fundraising.
  • Some office or administrative experience.
