Job Summary

Provide client management for all airport locations serviced by DMACC to
ensure effective operations and compliance with procedural requirements.

Essential Functions

Work effectively with range of stakeholders supporting operations of TSA Associates Program.
Serve as point of contact for Airport Education Coordinators through all aspects of program using Standard Operating Procedures and other protocols indicated by TSA Associate Program office.

Provide knowledge through on-boarding presentations, partnership calls and regular client contacts.

Provide support in preparation for each semester (distribution of marketing materials, registration information, semester deadlines, etc.)

Communicate information about at-risk students to ensure student success

Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.

Collect weekly attendance and progress reports from all faculty to facilitate tracking of activities and ensure awareness of areas of concern or that need further attention.

Submit weekly attendance reports to TSA Associate Program office per contract requirements.

Assist with development or modification of written communications, including reports, SOPs, Strategic Plans, PowerPoint presentations, new student orientation, FAQs, manuals, ceremony programs, email messages and spreadsheets.

Advise and assist with achievement ceremonies in adherence to TSA Associate Program protocol.

Identify certificate-earners by airport and work DMACC Credentials to ensure awards are issued.

Work with the TSA Homeland Security Program Coordinator to ensure that classes are ready for delivery, to include determining deadlines, anticipating the number of sections for each course, identifying “continuing education” courses, ensuring eBooks meet contract requirements, and verifying all student registrations.

Collaborate with Education Coordinators and TSA Associates Program office personnel to ensure all students are vetted and registered for approved course(s).

Provide guidance to Education Coordinators in situations where students are ineligible to participate.

Maintain various program metrics to assist with future strategies.

Running total of number of participants, success rates and persistence rates.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree.

Two years of advising, recruitment, case management, promotions, admissions or related experience.

Knowledge of TSA Associates Program procedures and practices.

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and to prepare and deliver public presentations.

Ability to plan, organize and manage time.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from diverse backgrounds.

Demonstrated technical skills in development and maintenance of spreadsheets and/or other data processing programs.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of current DMACC educational and student services procedures and practices.

Experience with communications between educational institutions and industry stakeholders.

Experience with development of marketing campaigns and innovative recruitment strategies.
