Job Responsibilities

This position will manage the Business Services Department within the Division of Continuing Education. This includes, but is not limited to: financial oversight, hiring functions for the division's instructors, data management, agency reporting, customer service, facilities, and registration.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

This position requires a bachelor's degree and four (4) years of relevant program experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred candidate will have a master's degree, five (5) years of experience in higher education, and supervisory experience. Ideal candidate will also have experience with navigation, advising, academic affairs programs, or administration. Experience with Ellucian's Colleague products and Microsoft Office programs are strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work with a minimum degree of supervision are required. Individual must be able to work effectively in a diverse and fast-paced environment and maintain office professionalism while providing quality customer experiences.
