Coordinates travel arrangements and payments as well as completing travel documents for Beach Volleyball. Assists in coordination of all home games. Assists in coordinates and management of all aspects of clinics, coaches clinics and alumni events.

Responsible for the maintenance and oversight for the overall budgets with Beach Volleyball program. Position is responsible for keeping coaches informed weekly on status of budget and alerting coaching staffs and sport oversight administrator immediately if items are requested that are not budgeted. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years experience, or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.

Experience with making travel arrangements.
Knowledge with Microsoft software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).Pay Plan This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.Schedule Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends as needed.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
