FSU's Equal Opportunity Statement can be viewed at: Provides administrative support for The Center for Advanced Power Systems, primarily procurement and travel processing, as well as assisting with sponsored project administration, event planning, and other office duties as needed.

Creating internal and external purchase orders as well as other procurement tasks including sole source documentation and similar as needed. P-card weekly and monthly reconciliation.

Assist Sr. Admin Specialist with security badging, HR files and similar. Assist the Grants Analyst, Sr. Accounting Specialist, Assistant Director, and Director with sponsored project forms and other documents as needed.

As part of the Administrative Support Staff, assist and back up with travel requests, travel expense reports, FSURF and FSUF travel and expense reports.

Receptionist responsible for standard administrative support duties such as creating postage and/or shipping labels, receiving and tracking packages and mail, managing the room reservations calendar, event planning, ordering and inventory of office and other supplies. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Basic and above level in Microsoft office programs.

Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Ability to use effective written and verbal communications.

Ability to follow ethical practices and behaviors.Preferred Knowledge of OMNI, Spearmart, and/or PeopleSoft programs.Pay Plan This is an OPS/temporary Job.Soft Money Funded Position This is a soft money funded position, with renewal based on available funds and the needs of the University.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
