Position Description:
Under the direction of the Manager, CFS IT Services, the incumbent will be instrumental in understanding the current business processes and systems and help drive the transformation to world-class processes to support UCLA Corporate Financial Services and its use of Salesforce (Service Cloud, Communities, and Workflow). The incumbent supports a diverse portfolio of business processes, including General Accounting, Global Support Operations, Central Resource Unit, Human Resources, Treasury, Travel, Procurement and Accounts Payable.
The incumbent is responsible for establishing customer relationships and communication channels with the business stakeholders in order to develop and deliver the Salesforce strategic roadmap to support business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, driving conversations with business stakeholders in order to design and develop Salesforce solutions across a series of projects.
Closely manages the project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and support by collaborating with the Salesforce Development lead, Programmers, Business Analysts to ensure project milestones are successfully completed and implementations are completed on time and within budget.
This is a hands on position that will also include on call support, monitoring and troubleshooting of application issues and performance.
