Provide leadership in identifying, developing, and maintaining strong client relationship with corporate partners of the College of Business to facilitate programming growth. Responsible for implementing program goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.

Works collaboratively with the College of Business Marketing and Public Relations team to execute marketing strategy essential for growth of the Executive and Auxiliary Programs and the financial health of the College of Business

Identify and develop relationships for executive development business in a variety of industries with targeted companies, alumni contacts, and other sources as appropriate. Engage with C-suite level executives to understand the company’s human capital development needs and to provide innovative services that meet those needs.

Develop proposals that accurately represent the College of Business' capabilities and meet the needs of the requesting organization. Work with fellow staff of the Carl DeSantis Center for Executive Management Education, College faculty, and alumni to develop proposed curriculum for each proposal.

Cultivating strong, professional relationships with the College of Business, Graduate Programs, and externally identified faculty and alumni resources to develop and maintain outstanding academic programming. Work with fellow DeSantis Center staff to manage contractual and financial agreements working to ensure financial profitability of programming. Communicate effectively and credibly with clients, faculty, and staff on the appropriate design, development, and delivery of programs.

Promote other College and corporate engagement opportunities as available (internships, mentorships, etc.). Performs other related duties as required and assigned.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and six years experience related to administrative services or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to ten years.

Experience with corporate development from a higher education perspective

Experience working with faculty to develop and promote executive education programsPreferred Experience with SalesforcePay Plan This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
