Assists with year-end procurement procedures. Tracks requisitions until purchase order is issued by FSU. Assists in resolving problems associated with the receipt of materials or invoices not matching the purchase order (e.g., wrong material received, damaged goods, pricing, etc.). Works with suppliers regarding receipt and return of materials. Coordinates with NHMFL receiving department for pickup/delivery to meet daily needs of delivery of items as required. Collaborates with Payables & Disbursements to resolve purchase order and payment issues. Maintains high level of customer service and positive relationships with vendors, faculty, staff, and others.Qualifications High school diploma/equivalency and two years of experience related to the duties of the job. (Note: post-high school education can substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)

Experience processing purchasing transactions.
Previous experience working with vendors.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
