Job SummaryProvides PCC Management with metrics, guest insights and market driven recommendations to aid in strategic and operational decision making. Works as a field researcher and participates in data analysis and data collection projects. Reports to the Research Project Coordinator concerning program of research projects.

Job ResponsibilitiesPosition Scope
Coordinates and conducts guest satisfaction research studies on PCC products and services. Analyzes guests' surveys and communicates results to PCC Management .
Assists in managing Python, R, Domo, Axper cameras, Perception Analysis and computer hardware in the office.
Attends staff meetings and kokua meetings.

Requirements
Knows and uses current research design procedures in running studies, analyzing data, and reporting results.
Acts as specialist in applications programming with a good understanding of statistical and monitoring programs used as well as skill with standard office software like excel and word.
Must be fluent in the English language and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must attach resume, current semester's class schedule (weekly view), and course history of the classes you have taken (showcasing grades for those courses as well).
Should be pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or Psychology.
College Algebra and a beginning programming course are required.
Advantage given to those with proficiency in statistical software such as R and Phyton as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Physical RequirementsWork is performed indoors in an air-conditioned environment and in the field at the PCC collecting data.
Uses a personal computer, various office supplies and a variety of writing instruments.
Work hours vary according to demands of the job, Monday through Saturday.
