DescriptionThis position drives a shuttle vehicle on fixed routes, on-demand and paratransit service; performs daily vehicle inspections in accordance with requirements; drives charter routes as required; serves as informational source to passengers; documents any maintenance issues; assists with event parking when required; and performs other duties as may be required.




QualificationsOne year of experience driving any type of vehicle. Valid Maryland Non-commercial Class C or Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate class and endorsement codes. Driving record with no more than five (5) points. CDL and non-CDL drivers will be subjected to drug and alcohol education and testing as required by Federal Highway Administration, State of Maryland and Towson University. .
Experience driving fixed routes and driving a small bus/mobility bus preferred.  

A Criminal Background Investigation and pre-employment physical are required for the hired candidate and the results may impact employment.
