Provides administrative support for all areas of the Challenger Learning Center. This includes scheduling reservations for schools to fly missions; maintaining current records for participating groups; updating databases for program participants; sending correspondence related to school missions, teacher training and all public programs at the CLC; generating and sending all invoices to each account; creating and maintaining spreadsheets for all intermediate units and school districts that purchase a bulk number of missions and track these missions; track, report on and generate voucher requests for the WV Grant and invoices; contact past due accounts; track travel for CLC employees; finds schools to fulfill grant obligations; generate marketing materials; arranges for teacher trainings; creates customized awards and certificates; promotes summer camps; organizes summer camps; assists in building contact database for global emails; tracks, confirms and schedules use of Video Conferencing Lending Library; conducts correspondence to promote merchandise sales for onsite missions as well as outside sales; provides coverage for CLC when needed; and assists with new software. Supports and promotes the University and Challenger Learning Center. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school Diploma or GED required-*Associate's Degree preferred.

One year experience or training.
