Position Description:
Reporting directly to the Director of Community Schools Initiatives (CSI) in the Graduate School of Education & Information Studies (GSE&IS) the Community Schools Program Coordinator primarily serves as a programmatic liaison for UCLA Community School, the UCLA Mann Community School and the Alumni Network. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: implementation and management of program activities, communications, resources, partners, students, parents and data. Process and reconcile monthly financial ledgers, expenditures and resolve discrepancies in consultation with Program Director and/or Business Office Fund Manager for various CSI fund sources with an approximate budget of $300,000. The CS Program Coordinator will work closely with CSI leadership to further program goals and vision including the development and/or continued development of UCLA program partnerships. The CS Program Coordinator will primarily work off campus at one of the Community School sites and attend campus meetings when necessary.
