The digital marketing manager, reporting to the director of design and digital marketing, is responsible for enhancing Susquehanna University's brand awareness within the digital space.
Driving website traffic and growing social media engagement, the manager leads digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, targeting current students, faculty and staff, alumni, parents and prospective students.
Primary areas of responsibility include:
Bachelor's degree required.
At least three years of relevant experience with digital marketing, including e-marketing, social media, and/or web communications. Expertise with results-oriented communications. Experience with optimizing landing pages (SEO) and user funnels as well as setting up and optimizing Google Ads and/or social media ads.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Position requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time, and the ability to move about the campus. Position requires the ability to talk and to hear instruction, and use a computer effectively. Position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. Working conditions are most often indoors.
Experience with Ingeniux content management system is a plus.
