The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Cardiology is seeking an Administrative Associate 3 (AA3) to provide administrative and operational support working under general supervision. The incumbent will support the Division Chief and Medical Director of EP in the division, and will lead the operations administrative team responsible for the planning and execution of division-wide functions, event planning, coordination of facility change requests, equipment repairs, renovations, and space concerns for the Division under the direction of the Operations Manager and Division Manager.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
