Position SummaryProvide telephone hotline support to students and others with health (mental and physical) issues that affect their academic and general well-being. In collaboration with other Wellness Exchange support services, provide referrals to University specialists or external health-care providers and monitor resource connections to ensure academic and health progress. Develop and maintain community referral base. Track data and reports to support clinical outcomes and service needs. Perform active outreach and follow-up for students of concern. Assist service in student transports to hospital.QualificationsRequired Education:Master's degree in Social Work or related fieldRequired Experience:2 years' related supervised clinical case management experience.Preferred Experience:Experience with diverse adolescent or college population managing treatment and accommodations. Experience with Crisis Management and Hotline support.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively with students, faculty and other support areas.
