Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Student Services for MBA and Master's Programs, the new Student Services team member will be responsible for delivering broad programmatic student services support for Master's Programs and direct support for the Master of Science-Business Analytics Program.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required. Degree in business fields are preferred.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

1 year of professional work experience required. Experience in higher education, business, program or event planning, communications, marketing or other support fields preferred

- Excellent communication ability (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the principles and practices in the university policies and procedures
- Ability to manage various projects within deadline and budget parameters and achieve measureable results
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders (students, faculty, university administrators, alumni, industry partners, etc.)
- Creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to apply knowledge and skills to a college/university setting; ability to work with academic staff, faculty, alumni, etc.

Additional Information:

This position may work some nights and weekends.
