This is an open invitation to apply for Centralia College’s Family Development Adjunct Instructor Pool. Adjunct faculty members are hired on a quarter-to-quarter basis as instructor vacancies occur.

Essential Duties Summary

The courses may include lecture section in face-to-face, web-enhanced, hybrid, and/or online modalities. Courses are offered throughout Lewis County (Winlock, Onalaska, Morton, Packwood, Centralia).

Curriculum, textbooks, and materials can be provided by the family development faculty. Courses include curriculum such as: Guiding Good Choices, Strengthening Families (English and Spanish), Love and Logic, Nurturing Families, First Relationships, and Incredible Years.

Required Qualifications

•Trained in or willing to train in evidence-based curriculum.

Preferred Qualifications

•Preference will be given to applicants with Parent Education teaching experience with parents of children birth to high school age at the community college level.

EMPLOYMENT: This is a part-time position.
