Department The Department of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering at the Florida A&M University - Florida State University College of Engineering is pleased to invite applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track, twelve-month teaching faculty position in the city of Tallahassee. Florida. This is a permanent position, which has university benefits and opportunities for promotion. These include chemical engineering process design, process control, and other courses in the core curriculum. The candidate will prepare documentation for assessment of these courses as part of the program accreditation process and also mentor and advise students.Qualifications Suitable applicants must possess an earned PhD degree in chemical engineering or a closely related engineering discipline. Experience in chemical or biochemical industry, particularly process design and control and use of process simulator software such as Aspen, is highly desirable.
