Description:
A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Shin Lin in the Division of Cardiology, Department of Medicine at the University of Washington to study the genetics of EKG parameters. This is a full-time position on an annual, 12 month appointment.
The new postdoctoral fellow will be engaging in an exciting, collaborative project involving genetics, bioengineering, and stem cell biology. The project will involve computational analysis as well as high throughput pertubations of induced pluripotent stem cell differentiated cardiomyocytes (iPSC-CMs). Experience with iPSCs is not mandatory but desirable.
Anticipated State Date: February 1, 2019
Qualifications:
A background in computer programming and statistics is highly recommended.
