- Development of high-throughput screening methods using MS
- Development of MS imaging method for in situ analysis of biological samples
The successful applicant will join a research project at the interface of analytical chemistry and human disease biology. The research is highly interdisciplinary and collaborative, which provides the opportunity to interact with scientists from different fields. Therefore, the individual will have the opportunity to gain training in molecular and cell biology, tissue culturing, and/or microbiology techniques.
Candidates must have a doctoral degree in analytical chemistry or related disciplines and are preferred to have extensive experience with QTOF, ion mobility-MS, and LC-MS/MS instruments. Experience in MS imaging would be a plus, but not required.
