Responsible for the coordination of the workflow for designated technology and services in the office of Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation and Planning. Assists with technology project planning, design, development, and implementation. The Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of a variety of technology systems that supports the district. Reports to the District Director Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation and Planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Coordinates the workflow of technology programs and services in the office of Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation and Planning.
•Maintains and supports technology in the Office Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation, and Planning.
•Coordinates technology to support accreditation and compliance requirements.
•Coordinates and supports technology training for accreditation and assessment for staff and faculty district-wide.
•Coordinates technology training with faculty and staff for institutional effectiveness (IEPs) and assessment documentation input in WEAVE software.
•Coordinates with the Academic Affairs staff to support the insideTCC intranet site and ensures accurate and up-to-date information.
•Prepares reports, as needed to support use of technology for IEPs and assessment.
•Stays up-to-date on SACSCOC and THECB requirements that effect technology.
•Participates on Councils, Task Forces and other TCC committees, as assigned.

•Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
•Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)

•Supports the mission, values and 3 goals and 8 principles of the College

Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensures

•Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university
•Two (2) years of experience in higher education or related experience

Desired Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensures

•Master’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university
•Knowledge and understanding of the community college

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

•Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
•Project management skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Demonstrated track record of collaboration, cooperation, and service across departments
•Understanding of state and federal requirements applicable to higher education
