Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Education andSimulation Medicine, the Manager of Simulation Medicine is responsible formanagement of the Simulation Medicine program on the OSUCOM-Cherokee Nation campus, whichprovides innovative learning opportunities and resources via simulation to ourOSU-COM students, affiliated residency programs, community and state. Serves asa leading team member responsible for policy, procedures and development withinthe Simulation Medicine program. Thisincludes functioning within a service office, support of learner and educatorneeds and concerns, and maintaining good relationships with other stakeholdersand partners that work alongside the Simulation Medicine program.

This position will be located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
- RN, APRN, PA, Paramedic, or other clinical degree
- Clinical experience to include a minimum of two (2) years in staff management
- Minimum of one (1) year clinical or higher education teaching experience

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
- CHSOS certification
