Job Summary:

The Student Life Coordinator will work closely with the Assistant Dean of Student Life, theHealth & Wellness Manager, and the office of Student Affairs on the OSU-CHSTulsa campus. This position will provide Student Affairs support in connectionwith student life/services activities. Duties of this position will consist of support to the Assistant Dean in planning, organizing, and promoting student life activities and events, assisting with wellness initiatives, assisting students and student organizations with travel, ordering supplies, and others.

This position will be based in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at OSUCOM-CN.

Environmental Hazards:
Typical office environment.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four (4) years experience working in higher education, particularly Student Affairs

Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal andmanagement skills. Must be self-motivated, work well under pressure, be able toset priorities and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate on projects with adiverse team. Dependable, flexible, and focused on providing excellent serviceto students, faculty, and staff. Experience with supervising employees. Abilityto sustain healthy relationships with students, staff and faculty. Must havesuperior attention to detail. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Officeproducts.
