Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparation and processing of multiple payrolls, data entry and review, and reconciliation of all payroll related earnings and deductions. In addition, the position requires a proficiency in Payroll, HR and related databases. Additional hours, evenings and weekends, may be required in support of special projects.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of work experience in payroll operations. Candidate will be able to work in a high volume office, with excellent customer service skills. Candidates should be highly analytical, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, an attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely and accurate manner. Advanced computing skills, including Microsoft Office, are required. ADP and/or Ellucian experience preferred but not required.
