Position Summary:

Incumbent provides administrative support to the clinic and assists with confirmation of patient appointments. Prepares and process purchase orders and serves as a resource to staff and management.

Salary Range:

Rate Minimum $20.13 Midpoint $24.32 Maximum $28.50

Required Qualifications:

Ability to appropriately deal with stressful situations and individuals while remaining calm and professional

Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing

Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload

Ability to read and understand medical terminology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Minimum 1 year experience in a clerical position

Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties

Working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:

Administrative experience in a healthcare environment

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
