Associates Degree required; excellent skills required in the use of Microsoft Office Productivity suite (Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Access); experience should also include but is not limited to: Banner (preferred), GaCollege411, Oracle, SQL (preferred) and Crystal Reports or 3rd party access tool; overall proficiency in the use of technology is required; excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills with team members and customers; exceptional phone skills; previous customer service experience required.
