Dining Systems Analyst Job Number Full/Part Time Schedule Salary 201908306021 Full Time 8AM - 5PM $55,000 - $108,500 Position Information UC Riverside's Housing, Dining, and Hospitality Services is currently recruiting for a new Dining Systems Analyst. As a member of the Dining Services Systems Office, this position will be responsible for the maintenance and operations of the systems utilized by Dining Services, which includes Point of Sale (POS), menu management, Blackboard Transact and Reporting, Dining's temperature monitoring system, and TouchWork modules. The Dining Systems Analyst will create and conduct training for POS and menu management database functionality and use, will maintain the accuracy of the POS and menu management database, and will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of menus and inventory, researching menus with Dining Nutrition Educator and Dining Executive Chef, and organizing Dining systems and applications. The Dining Systems Analyst will assist in the support of the daily and monthly process of reviewing financial reports and assists in maintaining the database accuracy of invoice entry, menus, recipes, inventory and pricing. The Dining Systems Analyst will also interact with the campus ITS department on system maintenance.*** Please note the budgeted hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $81,800. *** Education Education Requirements Degree Requirement Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Experience Experience Requirement 2 - 4 years of related experience. Required Experience in management of Point of Sale, food production, menu management, and other database management systems. Required Experience in applying accounting principles and financial management to create financial reports, conduct analysis, and monitor expenditures. Required Experience using Appetize Point of Sale, or industry equivalent point of sale system. Preferred Experience using FoodPro, or industry equivalent menu management system. Preferred
