Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Administrator will perform activities necessary in the processing of payroll. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive and review payroll forms in preparation for processing multiple payrolls.

• Complete data entry required to process payroll.

• Reconcile payroll related earnings and deductions.

• Review payroll related reports, ensuring accuracy of processed information.

• Prioritize and complete work according to specific deadlines.

• Assist employees with payroll related questions as needed.

• Complete additional duties, projects as assigned


Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business.  Minimum of 2 years work experience in related field required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Strong analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detail required.  Ability to work in a high volume office, with excellent customer service skills. Additional hours, evenings and weekends, may be required in support of special projects.
ADP and/or Ellucian experience preferred.
