The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Genitourinary Cancers. Applicants must have an M.D. degree. Board Certification in Medical Oncology is required.

Teaching responsibilities may include teaching hematology/oncology fellows, residents and medical students. Applicants must have excellent teaching qualifications.

Clinical responsibilities may include providing clinical care for patients with genitourinary medical oncology, including prostate, bladder, testicular, and renal malignancies in an outpatient setting and as an attending on the inpatient service.

High quality clinical trials are an important role in this position. The academic clinician track requires 100 credits per/year of active and high quality teaching responsibilities.
