Teach and mentor student-athletes to develop self confidence and leadership abilities as they work towards achieving their goals through individual hard work. Provide the leadership and direction for a highly competitive NCAA Division I athletic program, maintain a balance with academic excellence and uphold the standards of the College and the Athletic Department. Create and maintain a positive, nurturing environment for the student-athletes to advance their knowledge and skills, both athletically and personally. Collaborate with the men’s team, as needed, in support of the entire William & Mary Gymnastics Program.
