Under general supervision, this position assists in the coordination of the Academic Learning Center and programs such as subject-area tutoring, supplemental instrucion, and campus programming.
Responsibilities:
- Assists the Tutoring Services Coordinator by creating, establishing and maintaining
tracking and reporting systems to monitor tutoring and supplemental instruction (SI)
sessions. - Assists in coordinating logistics for tutoring, supplemental instruction and on-campus
programming - Provides data and progress/status reporting as necessary for tutoring and SI sessions to the Director of the Student Academic Success Center
- Assists the Tutoring Services Coordinator in creating reports to reflect student session numbers; assists in the creation and maintenance of internal controls to protect student confidentiality and program reports.
- Guides, directs, answers questions, and resolves problems of students seeking assistance from the Tutoring Center
- May be required to train tutors and SI leaders
- Maintains and updates tutoring schedules in Navigate
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field
- Three years of related experience in tutoring or program administration.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of work processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
