Job Details
Under the direction of the Dean of Apprenticeships, this position will provide administrative assistance to the Division of Apprenticeship programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent customer service; oral and written communication skills; and the ability to multi-task, take initiative, set priorities, and work independently and collaboratively on a team are required. Experience with SPSS, Minitab and Datatel Colleague system is a plus. Individual must be able to work effectively with all TTC administrators, faculty and staff, and all external customers.
Minimum and Additional RequirementsThis position requires a high school diploma with related experience. Candidates with an associate degree or higher with related experience is preferred.
Preferred QualificationsIdeal candidate will be able to initiate and complete duties and special assignments with limited supervision; exercise discretion, sound judgment and professionalism and maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail is a must. Individual must be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes.
This is a part-time, temporary position with a pay rate of $12.00/hour.
