  Wells College seeks an Educational Technology Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing, managing, and evaluating educational technology resources and services that support teaching and learning. The coordinator provides hands-on curricular support to faculty, students, and academic and student life staff for integrating technologies into educational programs; consults and collaborates with faculty, information technology staff, and students to enrich teaching, learning, and scholarship through the effective use of established and emerging technologies. 

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in education, education technology, information technology, instructional technology, instructional design or related field; demonstrated ability to support the use of technology in a higher education setting; experience with a wide range of technology to include learning management systems (Moodle experience preferred), multi-media tools, presentation software, survey software, and web-based collaboration tools; extensive knowledge of both Mac and Windows desktop systems as well as current mobile devices and platforms; working knowledge of best practices in teaching and learning, universal design, and course and classroom design; ability to engage and work effectively with users of varied skill levels and interests; ability to flourish as a team member and an independent worker; strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and project management skills; demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service; and teaching or training experience in technology-related field preferred. 

Wells College is a four-year, liberal arts and sciences, residential college located in the Finger Lakes region of central New York. The College has a full-time enrollment of approximately 440 students and attracts students from throughout the United States and internationally.
