Position Description:
The Bruin Excellence & Student Transformation Grant Program (BEST Program) Femtor serves as support staff for project teams funded through BEST grants. Under the direction of the IRLE Finance and Personnel Manager and the BEST Program team lead, this position provide guidance, support, accountability and encouragement for BEST project leaders. Femtors will also support the evaluation of program leadership development and mentoring initiatives, as well as the implementation of program social media strategy and daily activities. Provide grant advising and support to student-initiated projects. Must provide high level of assistance to the BEST Program team projects and events.
