Office Manager - Library and Information Technology
Working within an environment that is dynamic, positive, innovative, and responsive, the Beloit College Library and Information Technology department provides high quality access to information resources, services and technology. The department is committed to providing leadership and services that enable students, faculty, and staff to creatively and productively enhance the College’s academic, administrative, and co-curricular environments.The Library and IT Office Manager coordinates the department’s business-related activities, including preparing and managing budgets, preparing purchase orders and processing invoices, purchasing with the departmental purchasing card, tracking orders and deliveries, keeping equipment inventories and the contract database up-to-date, managing technology and other contracts to ensure uninterrupted access to software and services; coordinating and supporting departmental events, and meetings; serving as administrative assistant to the Director of Libraries and CIO, and to the Deputy CIO.

Credentials and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous office management and budget experience.
- Strong proficiency with Google Apps for Education and Microsoft Office software required.
- Proficiency with the use of computers, technology, and various application software programs required.
