Assistant Program Coordinator

Administration, coordination and support of Train New Trainers (TNT) Primary Care Psychiatry (PCP) Fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry. The candidate will work with TNT Senior Coordinator, Medical Education Manager, Fellowship directors, faculty, and fellows to develop funded educational program, which is designed to train primary care providers how best to deliver psychiatric care. Assist with management of the program by ensuring that annual requirements are met and educational activities which support the curriculum are maintained, as directed by senior coordinator. Demonstrate initiative to improve quality and customer service by striving to exceed fellow expectations. Contribute to positive team goals and coordination improvement. Along with Medical Education Manager and Senior Coordinator, serve as program liaison with various other agencies, organizations, and groups. Prepare a variety of documentation associated with program operations; distributes documentation and retains records as appropriate. Maintain computerized and hard-copy files of program records. Develop processes to improve task efficiency by standardizing formats for routine correspondence and identify areas for improved efficiency.

Salary: Hourly $21.54 - $29.29
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Irregular work schedule, required license or certification: May be required to work weekends or late
evenings preparing for and attending special events.
Final candidate subject to background check.
