Position Description:
UCLA Strategic Communications increases awareness, understanding and support of UCLA's vision, mission, and accomplishments among its many constituencies. A major focus of this department is the formulation and implementation of strategic communications initiatives, plans and events.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, the Associate Director, Marketing provides marketing leadership across campus by working with multiple campus partners to identify and implement strategic marketing programs. Provides thought and tactical leadership within the marketing discipline. Oversees client relationships and manage a marketing team to achieve specific campus marketing needs while ensuring overall UCLA brand messaging and standards. Serves as a key leader within the Marketing team, working closely with the Senior Director of Marketing. Working hours may include weekends, evenings and holidays and travel is required.
