Starting Salary: $48,653.00

JOB SUMMARY
The position oversees the day to day operations of the Student Success Center, creates opportunities for student learning in and out of the classroom, coordinates, researches, and promotes student success strategies in collaboration with other college leaders and departments. Oversees the testing center and the Student Success Coaches.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES and LICENSES
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Database experience
  • Experience using Google Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendaring)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Microsoft office suite (Excel & Word)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in training and/or supervising employees



Preferred:

  • Preferred Master's degree
  • Experience with creating online learning tools (podcasts, youtube, tutorials) - Preferred Experience with researching and analyzing trends
  • Experience working with students at the collegiate level (advising, placement, coaching)

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises others in accordance with NMC's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, recognizing employees; addressing performance problems or gaps.

WORK HOURS:

This is a full-time, 40+ hour per week position.
