Position Summary

The Instructional Technology Development Principal (Training Lead) will direct all training programs for the Finance Division. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with unit personnel, volunteers and University members to design, develop, and maintain quality training programs that effectively address UGA culture and expectations, and integrate adult learning teaching methods, technology tools and assessments to enhance student learning. The Training Lead reports to the Finance Program Director and is responsible for the management, design and delivery of financial training, educational outreach, and programs on behalf of the Finance Division and the OneSource Teams. This position supervises Instructional Designers and student staff and logistics for other sessions, workshops and special projects as assigned and represents the Director in the Director’s absence.

•Fully manage the maintenance and creation of training programs and materials for the Finance Division and OneSource. Manage the design and development of online and in person courses, including course outlines, presentations, trainer tools, and methods of delivery.
