This position will provide administrative support to 3 faculty members at the Palliative and Advanced Illness (PAIR) Center in the Department of Medicine. Duties will include: scheduling for the individual faculty member, organizing meetings, answering phones, processing travel and reimbursements, and other activities (eg maintain CVs, submit invoices/purchase order requests) to administratively support the PIs. This position will help organize meetings and those duties will include securing space, obtain materials for meetings, setting up meeting space, communicating with attendees, preparing materials, facilitating travel arrangements, processing travel reimbursements, and taking meeting minutes.
The position is contingent on funding.
