St. Edward's University is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This individual will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the office of the Dean and faculty of The Bill Munday School of Business.
For consideration, a High School graduation or equivalent required. Some college work preferred. Minimum of three years' experience in office management and administrative support required. Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task. Ability to coordinate workloads and manage multiple and competing priorities without supervision required. High level skills and ability with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, & PowerPoint, as well as comfort and familiarity with software applications used in administrative support and office management required. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies required. Experience in a higher education institution preferred. Prior Supervisory experience preferred. Project management experience preferred. Database experience preferred. Must possess the ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
