Job Summary:

Job Summary:
The Clinical Assistant / Associate Professor willprovide teaching, research, service, and leadership for the advancement of the COMand graduate programs (including MPH and HCA programs) on the OSUCHS Tulsa andTahlequah campuses. The OSU MPH Program is a collaborative, interdepartmentalgraduate degree program currently offering classes online and at theOSU-Stillwater and CHS campuses. Teaching responsibilities will primarily be inthe graduate programs and also the COM. Teaching will also occur with theOSU-CHS sponsored medical residency and fellowship programs. Research andscholarly activities can be on both campuses and can be associated with Centerson the Tulsa Campus.

Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.

Physical Requirements:
Abilityto lift, carry push, and pull 20 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger,grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or withoutreasonable accommodations. Sufficient to carry out specific job functionsof an assistant/associate professor.

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-Doctoral Degree (PharmD, DrPH, or PhD)

Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:
Requires a devoted interest in education. Prefer teaching experience. Requires strong analytical skills,advanced multi-tasking skills, advanced problem solving skills, and theability to effectively plan. Computer skills are needed, good communication and leadership skills are a positive. Interpersonal skills are required to interacteffectively with faculty, students, clients and providers.
