Pitt County Animal Shelter – 1717 W. 5th Street, Greenville, NC – is currently seeking an Assistant to perform the following duties:

-Provide care to dogs and cats housed at the animal shelter
-Cleaning
-Medicating animals
-Feeding and assisting citizens who are looking at animals

Preference will be given to students who can work at the shelter on Saturdays

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)

-Knowledge of different cat and dog breeds and animal behavior
-Good self awareness of safety around animals
-Minimum GPA: 3.0
