SCAD seeks an Industry and Alumni Engagement Manager to facilitate daily industry outreach and relationship management activities.

In this position, you will oversee the alumni population in an assigned region. Your responsibilities include researching, pursuing and securing career opportunities for students and alumni while developing and strengthening industry and alumni relations. Forty percent travel is required within your assigned region.

The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of the career development process and a comprehensive understanding of the art and design job market. Strong communication, presentation, organizational and project-management skills are paramount. The candidate should have a student-centered focus as well as professionalism in both dress and conduct with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated proficiency with information management systems and other web-based technology is also necessary for the position.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with five to seven years of business development, recruiting or career services experience within creative industries
