Job Details
This position will be closely involved in the design, implementation, maintenance and support of administrative computer applicatons. Primary responsibilities are application development, database maintenance, integration of data between systems, web access for applications and user training and support. Travel required between NCTC campuses. Salary starts at $49,145 to commensurate with experience. May be subject to criminal background check. Resume required in addition to application.
Required EducationBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent (Associates Degree/College hours with relevant certifications).
Required Skills & AbilitiesStrong oral and written communication skills. Programming skills and Microsoft SQL skills.
Customer service abilities in a team environment.
Five (5) years of experience supporting enterprise level application systems (Preferrably ERP system for education such as Jenzabar, Ellucian or Peoplesoft). Experience supporting multi-server application environment. Experience designing, programming, testing and integrating software solutions. Two (2) or more years of Microsoft SQL database administration.
