The Business School Registrar is the key Banner data coordinator for the Mason School of Business. The position will provide registrar services for all MBA and MAcc students and programs, to include management of the academic catalog, calendar and schedule; implementation and application of curriculum; and oversight of student registration and records.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the preceding knowledge, skills and abilities;
•Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
•Demonstrated ability to enforce policies and procedures;
•Excellent computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database, preferably Microsoft Office. Demonstrated proficiency with technical applications with ability to quickly learn and use proprietary software.
•Demonstrated ability to work independently and use initiative. Must be detailed oriented and have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking skills. Ability to apply creative thinking to business solutions in a fast-paced environment and handle complex high-priority projects.
•Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to take initiative, and to function as a member of a team and demonstrate professional and presentation skills.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality a must.
•Bachelor’s degree with general business background preferred.
•Experience in higher education preferred.
•Experience in enrollment services a strong plus.
•Working knowledge of Banner highly desired.

Overtime and weekend work based on the demands of the position.
This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.
