The Division of Asthma, Allergy, & Immunology is recruiting candidates for the position of Senior Administrative Assistant. This position plays an important role in the daily office functions for several academic and clinical faculty, to include the administrative support for the Division’s Fellowship training program.
Expectations will include arranging business travel, coordinating meetings, support agenda management, expense tracking, Fellow candidate recruitment, reviewing and answering correspondence, screening callers and visitors, and handling confidential matters.
This position also manages and maintains electronic files and produces financial reports, serves as the point of contact for facility, equipment, or service calls, organizes meetings and materials for special events. In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
A successful candidate will possess the ability to multi-task deadlines and complete deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential; Must possess an excellent ability to use Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Education: High School diploma. Bachelor's may substitute experience.
Experience: Four years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree may substitute for years of experience.
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
