Position Title:Social Services Technician at Community Helping Place - Federal Work Study (Fall 2019) Campus Location:Dahlonega General Summary:

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Social Services Technician at Community Helping Place.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

The student will:

  • Assist client service members with daily operations for emergency services, food pantry, and other agency services
  • Confirm appointments by phone
  • Perform face to face client interviews
  • Complete paperwork
  • Track referrals
  • Assemble food boxes in food pantry, etc.

Certifications/Licenses & Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker and Federal Work Study eligible.
