- Advises and proactively engages with all graduate Health Science and Public Health prospective students via phone, email, and in-person appointments.
- Actively engages in appropriate organizations and community outreach for the purpose of recruiting new students. Develops recruitment networks and represents Loyola at recruitment events, conferences and meetings both internal and external to the university.
- Serves as the primary liaison between the School of Health Science & Public Health (HSPH) & Graduate & Professional Enrollment Management (GPEM) Office for recruitment and admission issues.
- Assists in the development and execution of on-campus and online events for prospective student including open houses, information sessions, and individual advising appointments.
- Facilitates the communication between Graduate Program Directors and applicants to the programs. Provides technical support to Program Directors and/or affinity coordinators in the use of the enrollment systems.
- Facilitates the development and maintenance of recruitment communications including prospect-generating and fulfillment materials, websites, and communication flow. Moderates and oversees all HSPH School social media channels.
- Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Bachelor’s degree and two to three years of related experience. Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills, telephone skills, and the ability to tactfully interact with individuals at various levels throughout the university.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to an automobile for off-campus meetings and recruitment events.

Certificates/Credentials/Licenses

Must have valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for recruitment events.

Computer Skills

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Internet and email applications.

Must have famliarity with CRM, Technollustions slate preferred.
